Join Our Mission
Help us build sovereign defence technologies for India. We're looking for developers, researchers, and builders who want their work to matter.
A Career at ETSPL
Work on systems that deploy to the field — not features that sit in a backlog. At ETSPL, every engineer contributes directly to India's defence readiness.
Our teams operate at the intersection of defence engineering, sovereign AI, and national infrastructure. You'll work under veteran leadership with decades of operational field experience, on projects ranging from MIL-STD avionics integration to pan-India DGPS surveys and edge-deployed AI platforms. As an MSME, we offer the ownership and velocity of a small team with the gravity of a defence mandate — aligned with Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat from founding.
Why Work With Us
Serious work, with people who've served.
Veteran Leadership
Work alongside veterans of the Indian Armed Forces who lead every project with operational discipline and field insight.
Mission-Critical Work
Build systems that protect the nation — from rugged tactical hardware to sovereign defence AI deployed at the edge.
MSME Agility
Small teams, fast decisions, and real ownership. Your work ships to the field, not into a backlog.
Atmanirbhar Mission
Contribute directly to Make in India and Atmanirbhar Bharat by indigenising critical defence technologies.
